3rd day of panbesy
once i wake up.
i have a meal.
than pop e pill
drank alot of water for whole day
but today special.
i have craving for bento
so i ate half of it.
equal 2 meal on 3rd day.
haha
so i guess my side effect is
i dont have a proper sleep.

it depressing ahh!
went ITE simei
sis sch. being her model for her facial.
LOL.
mostly all e model r slping thru out.
but i wide awake.
haha
later on is manicure.
than head to mandai and visit huihui
it been 2 year. so fast eh .

as i woke up every few hour.
same for ths 2 day.
now i m worry gastric.
cos i really eat one meal a day only.

my first meal, instant noodle -.-
feel like puking.
and heart beat pumping fast arund 3pm.
than feel hungry around 5pm.
bought fruit.
eat a few mouth only.
FULL liao. -.-
till 2am
feel feverish now.
and sleepy.
(so far so good)

today went bedok see doc. with mum.

as doc give me a 10 day pill trial. see wheather it work anot.
beside depending on pill. on the other hand i need to work up.
but of cus i wanna share and see wheather got loss weight.
