Today went to see doctor after a long scare and drag
damage $500
so i have been diagnose with
which there is no cure.
and which is lifestyle that needed to take note.
i have cut down smoking alot . esp when i m in QUIT group by HPB
been cycling n walking alot more than usual of cos..
when i gain back weight for wad i have lost on 2015
gaining weight was easy , losing is hard.
hormone imbalance play a part.
but where can i find my motivation
like wad i had in late 2014
i know . you will be saying keep fit and execise.
even slim people have it too okay.
dont keep jus say fat people only.
like seriously
i m glad i have family and friend who cares about me
i have lost my direction
i need time to redirect after recieving ths new
3 week from now i will have my result.
shall wait and see
